Returns and Refunds

Items purchased that have already shipped can be returned.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on any returned items.  To request a return, please use the contact link at the top of the page.  Note that in addition to a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount originally paid.  Even though most items ship free, they still cost me to ship.  Customer is also responsible for return shipping.  

Items that are purchased, but cancelled before being shipped are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  This includes pre-orders and backorders.  

Items purchased that do not function properly, or eventually stop functioning properly are covered by the manufacturers warranty. I am happy to help you get in touch with them to initiate a warranty claim.
